Bookings

Dumpster availability, delivery windows, rental duration, and pricing are confirmed at booking. Same-day delivery is subject to truck availability, service area coverage, weather, site access, and local restrictions.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and placement information.
Ensure the delivery location is accessible, stable, and clear of obstructions.
Obtain any required permits or property approvals before delivery.
Do not overload containers or place prohibited materials inside them.

Prohibited Materials

Hazardous waste, asbestos, batteries, chemicals, tires, medical waste, wet paint, and other restricted items may not be placed in containers. Additional fees may apply for contamination, overloads, blocked pickups, or damage.

Payments And Changes

Payment terms are shown at checkout or in your confirmed service agreement. Changes, extensions, cancellations, or reschedules may be subject to availability and applicable fees.
