Yes — we deliver 7 days a week, including holidays. Weekend delivery windows are 7am–5pm. Holiday availability may vary, so check the booking calendar or call ahead.

24–48 hours in advance is ideal to guarantee your preferred time slot. Same-day booking is available when slots open up. For large commercial projects, we recommend booking 3–5 days ahead.

Please clear a space at least 23 feet long and 10 feet wide for container placement. Make sure there are no low-hanging branches, power lines, or obstructions. If you have gate codes or access instructions, add them in your booking notes.

SIZING

Visit our Sizes page for a full breakdown. As a general rule: 10 yd for small cleanouts, 20 yd for medium renovations, 30 yd for large construction, 40 yd for major demolitions. When in doubt, size up — it's better to have too much space than not enough.

The 20-yard dumpster is our most rented size, ideal for home renovations, roofing projects, and medium-scale cleanouts. It holds about 10 pickup truck loads of debris.

We can swap your container for a larger unit same-day, subject to availability. Call us as soon as you realize you need more space and we'll do our best to accommodate. Swap fees may apply.

Weight limits per size: 10 yd = 2 tons (4,000 lbs), 20 yd = 4 tons (8,000 lbs), 30 yd = 6 tons (12,000 lbs), 40 yd = 8 tons (16,000 lbs). Overage is billed at $65/ton after pickup.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Prohibited items include: hazardous waste, batteries, paint and solvents, chemicals, asbestos, tires, medical waste, and certain electronics. These require special disposal procedures. Visit our Sizes page for the full prohibited items list.

Yes, most appliances are accepted. However, refrigerators and freezers contain freon and require special handling — a $25 freon removal fee applies per unit. Mention any appliances when booking so we can note it on your order.

Small electronics (phones, tablets, small appliances) are generally fine. TVs, computer monitors, and large electronics may be subject to a $15/unit e-waste handling fee due to recycling requirements.

Mattresses are accepted in most service areas with a $20/mattress disposal fee. This covers specialty recycling costs. Check at booking or call us if you have a large number of mattresses.

If prohibited items are discovered during pickup or at our facility, we'll contact you to arrange removal. Additional fees may apply to cover the cost of proper handling. In serious cases (hazmat), a third-party disposal service may be required at your expense.

PRICING

The rental price covers delivery to your address, a 7-day rental period, the standard weight allowance for your container size, and pickup. There are no hidden fees — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

No. We quote all-in upfront. The only additional charges that can occur are: overweight fees ($65/ton), extension fees ($15/day), and specialty item fees (appliances, electronics, mattresses) — all of which are disclosed before you confirm your booking.

Overweight fees are charged at $65/ton, calculated after your container is weighed at our facility. You'll receive a digital weight receipt with the exact tonnage and any overage charge billed to your card on file.

Yes. Extensions beyond the standard 7-day rental are $15/day, billed automatically at the end of each extra day. You can extend directly from your dashboard or by calling us.

Payment is collected at booking for standard customers. Pro plan members can opt for pay-on-delivery billing, which charges your card on file the day of delivery. All payments are processed securely.

PRO PLANS

A Pro Plan is a monthly membership for contractors and frequent renters. Members receive 10–20% discounts on all rentals, priority scheduling, a dedicated account manager, and the option to pay-on-delivery. Plans start at $49/month.

Yes, anytime. There is no long-term commitment. Cancel from your account settings at least 48 hours before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the following month.

Your discount is applied automatically at checkout when you're signed into your Pro account. No coupon codes needed. The discounted price will appear in your order summary before you confirm.

CANCELLATIONS

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows on the day of delivery are charged the full rental amount.

If we're unable to fulfill your delivery for any reason, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method or priority rescheduling to the next available slot — your choice. We'll notify you as soon as possible if this ever occurs.

We offer partial refunds for unused rental days if you request pickup early (minus the delivery and pickup fee). Requests must be submitted through your dashboard or by phone before your container is scheduled for pickup.
